Yanbo Wang is an associate professor of strategy and innovation at the University of Hong Kong. He studies technology-based entrepreneurship with a particular focus on the role of public policy in promoting firm innvoations in China. Professor Yanbo Wang serves on the editorial boards of Organization Science, Administrative Science Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, and Research Policy.

Dongbo Shi is an associate professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His research combines economic theory and causal evidence to explore the knowledge production function and design more effective policies. His research topics range from immigrant scientists and contract design in academia to innovation-driven entrepreneurship ecosystems and their geographic distribution.

Her work examines the evaluation, creation, and commercialization of innovative ideas and technologies, with a particular focus on how these processes are impacted by regulatory and social forces.
